Online Vendor Application:
The dedicated staff at Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island State Parks, and Friends of the Island Parks invite you to be a part of this special event. There will be live music, great food, Osprey Village (an educational and informative area), environmental and sustainable living displays, outdoor recreation, as well as fine artists and crafters. 

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL VENDORS - PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY

  • There is a well executed advertising campaign that includes television, newspaper, road signs and posters.
  • Vendors will receive weekend park passes 
  • Over 2000 paved parking spaces will be available to the public.
  • Electricity is at a premium and any special needs must be arranged beforehand, and as soon as possible.
  • Permission will be needed for vendors to sell any beverage. - Beer, wine, soda & water can only be sold by pre-approved festival sponsors. i.e., food vendors are not permitted to sell beverages without special approval in advance.
  • Tents will be on sand/gravel. Be sure to bring anchors for any situation.
  • If the tent is larger than 10’ x 10’ we will need a certificate or labeling stating It is flame retardant.
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
  • In keeping with adherance to State Park rules, The State of Florida does not allow the sale of products/items that use seashells, sharks teeth, alligator skin, or any wildlife, etc. at this event.
  • Crafts/ Artist/Environmental Vendors are requested to send pictures of products and display. They are required for acceptance in the festival. They can be mailed to our mailing address, or sent as email attachments to info@islandparks.org
  • Fee for 12’ x 20’ Crafts/ Artist/Environmental Vendor Space is $100.00 (includes sales tax)
  • Fee for 12’ x 20’ Food Vendor Space is $200.00 - Single Item Vendors $150.00 + 25% of any sales over $500.00, + $100.00 refundable cleanup deposit (includes sales tax)
  • Set up must be completed by 9am Saturday (Setup time is Saturday from 7:00am to 9am)
