Honeymoon
Island State Park is located in Dunedin, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico,
immediately north of Clearwater Beach. It is accessable from the Causeway
Blvd., off of US Alt. 19 on the north side of the city of Dunedin.

From the
North:
Take
US 19 or Alt. 19 south to Curlew Rd.
Turn right
(west)
(Curlew Road
becomes Dunedin Causeway at Alt.19).
Take the Dunedin
Causeway west all the way to the end.
(Dunedin Causeway
ends at the entrance to Honeymoon Island State Park.)
From the South:
Take
US 19 or Alt. 19 south to Curlew Rd.
Turn left (west)
(Curlew Road
becomes Dunedin Causeway at Alt.19).
Take the Dunedin
Causeway west all the way to the end.
(Dunedin Causeway
ends at the entrance to Honeymoon Island State Park.)
From St. Petersburg
or further south:
Take
I-275 north.
Turn off at
the exit for the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport.
Follow the
signs for the airport. It will be on your right.
Continue to
US 19. Turn right on US 19 and follow it north to Curlew Rd.
Turn left on
Curlew Road and go west.
(Curlew Road
becomes Dunedin Causeway at Alt.19).
Take the Causeway
west all the way to the end.
(Dunedin Causeway
ends at the entrance to Honeymoon Island State Park.)
From Tampa:
Across
Hillsborough Ave.
Take Hillsborough
Ave. west.
Turn left on
Curlew Road and go west.
(Curlew Road
becomes Dunedin Causeway at Alt.19).
Take the Dunedin
Causeway west all the way to the end.
(Dunedin Causeway
ends at the entrance to Honeymoon Island State Park.)
Across the
Courtney Campbell Causeway or SR 60
Head west across
the Courtney Campbell Causeway to US 19.
Turn right
on US 19 and follow it north to Curlew Rd.
Turn left on
Curlew Road and go west.
(Curlew Road
becomes Dunedin Causeway at Alt.19).
Take the Dunedin
Causeway west all the way to the end.
(Dunedin Causeway
ends at the entrance to Honeymoon Island State Park.)
