Date: Saturday, April 19, 2008 Times: 8:30am registration, 9:45am mandatory  race meeting, 10:00am race begins Fees: $20 until Mar 29th, $25 Mar 29-Race Day Required: 1 personal flotation device per paddle Online registration: www.active.com The Shark Bite Challenge includes a 4-mile recreational and 8-mile competitive race for canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. The event is part of Island EarthDays 2008 with Friends at Honeymoon Island State Park. The Awards Ceremony for the race will be held at the Island EarthDays event.

A single donation of $5.00 per vehicle at the gate will entitle you to:

Located at Honeymoon Island State Park in the scenic shaded picnic area. Guided nature walks and beach walks.
